Refund Eligibility
You are eligible for a refund if your request is submitted within 30 days of your original purchase date. The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition.
Refund Process
To request a refund, please contact us at supportultradries@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with return shipping instructions. Once we receive and inspect your item, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days to your original payment method.
Refund Exceptions
The following items are non-refundable: (1) items damaged due to customer misuse; (2) items without original packaging or tags; (3) custom or personalized products; (4) final sale or clearance items marked as non-refundable at purchase; (5) items purchased on promotional terms where refunds were explicitly excluded.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a defective product. We recommend using tracked shipping to ensure safe delivery.
Non-Standard Returns
For items that are defective, damaged upon arrival, or incorrect, we will arrange return pickup or provide a prepaid shipping label at no cost to you.
